Nestled on the sun-soaked limestone ridges of our historic estate, our vineyards have been cultivating legendary grapes for over five generations. What began as a modest family orchard in 1895 has blossomed into a sanctum of viticulture, where the ancient soil dictates the soul of every vintage we bottle.

We practice biodynamic and completely organic cultivation, allowing natural native yeasts and gravity-fed cellar maturation to bring forth the purest representation of our unique microclimate. Every bottle tells a story of sun, wind, and unwavering dedication.

The Art of Slow Fermentation

The Limestone Terroir

Our estate's microclimate features cold nights and sun-drenched afternoons on highly calcareous, gravelly soil. This natural drainage stresses the vines, producing concentrated grapes rich in minerality and complex aromas.

Toasted Oak Barrel Aging

We age our fine reserve reds exclusively in lightly-charred French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months. This slow exchange with wood oxygenates the tannins, yielding hints of vanilla, sweet tobacco, and cedar.

Limestone Cave Storage

Carved deep beneath our estate, our limestone cellars maintain a perfect natural micro-climate: a constant 14°C temp and 70% humidity. Here, millions of bottles mature undisturbed in near-total darkness.
